A man who walked away from work detail in Harlan County is back behind bars.

The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports officers were able to re-arrest 35 year old Hershel Dewayne Holland of Coldiron Friday night. Holland was part of a mowing detail in Lynch two weeks ago. He told the deputy jailer than he needed to use the bathroom and never came back.

Police say they found Holland sleeping in a tent near some railroad tracks between Wallins and Coldiron.

Holland was arrested without incident.
