A Floyd County man accused of the sniper-style murders of his next door neighbors is indicted.

Police say Berry Hall shot Alan and Lisa Tackett in March. Family members say it was over a property dispute. The couple's four children were also in the home during the shooting.

The grand jury indicted him on two counts of murder and four counts of wanton endangerment.

During a hearing last month, police said Hall admitted to the killings.

I am crushed to think this man killed the children's parents for merely property (aka dirt). I think it is a shame and there is no punishment good enough. Death penalty is just too simple and painless. What if we placed photos of the murder scene, photos of the children and a title of the property. Place these items behind plexi glass and make him stare at them in his cell. Though, that still isnt good enough. Also, put photos of the murder victims graves there too.

What a terrible story. What is a piece of property!!!!This guy is a murderer! He needs life in prison...Sell all of his property/and assets and give to these fatherless/motherless children... What's it going to take to get peoples attention. You are not going to take propety, money or anything else with you when you die. One thing for sure You;ll not see this murderer in heaven.....
