A Pulaski County couple must pay hundreds of dollars in restitution to a woman attacked by their dogs last October.
Tim Sears and Tammy Chambers pleaded guilty to the charge of harboring a vicious animal. Their boxers attacked Dorothy Chevalier who now has permanent scars on her legs and arms.
Sears will have to spend 10 days in jail as part of the plea deal because the county attorney says he was the primary dog owner. The victim says she feels no ill will towards Sears and Chambers.
"They hurt the same as I do. I don't want nobody to hurt," Chevalier said.
Chevalier says insurance paid for most of her medical bills, but she'll still have to pay about $25,000 dollars out of her pocket.
