Alcohol Tests Come Up Negative In Pendleton County Crash
New information has been released in a deadly school bus crash in Pendleton county alcohol has now been ruled out as a factor.

New information has been released in a deadly school bus crash in Pendleton county alcohol has now been ruled out as a factor.

The Pendleton County Sheriff says alcohol tests on both drivers turned up negative.

Investigators are still waiting on drug tests and accident reconstruction results.

Back on May 1st, a dump truck collided with a school bus on a winding road. 16-year-old Daniel Wood was killed.

So far, no charges have been filed in the case, but Wood's parents have filed a lawsuit against the trucking company.

THE TRUCK DRIVER WAS NOT DRINKING OR DOING DRUGS. NOW HOW DO ALL OF YOU THAT WERE ON HERE BASHING HIM AND WANTING HIM LOCKED UP FEEL? We are all to quick to judge people.This was a terrible accident and he is going thru a hell of his own. Shame on all of you that were so negative towards him.
