The five-year-old daughter of Christian music star and Kentucky native Steven Curtis Chapman is dead after being hit and killed by an SUV in the family's driveway.

It happened at the family's home near Nashville.

Police say the SUV was driven by the girl's teenage brother.

Police say right now, it looks like a tragic accident.

Chapman is originally from Paducah.

He has won five Grammy awards.

I will be praying for this family and for the bother i pray he dont blame hisself so much that it hurts... god just gained another angel in heaven... shes better off there anyways..witht he world the way it is...

I can't imagine the pain this family must be going through. Not only for losing their daughter and sister but for the young boy who I am sure must feel like dying himself. The parents probably feel some since of guilt as any parent would. God please hold this family's hand as they deal with their grief.
