A grand jury will hear the case against two men charged in connection with the murder of a Floyd County man.

39 year old Timothy Marsillett and 31 year old Richard Adkins were arrested after 46 year old Tom Bentley died in May. Police were called to Bentley's house in the Hueysville community of Floyd County last month. They say Bentley was shot once before his house was set on fire.
