A six-year old Powell County boy is in good condition after being hit by a pick-up.

Martin Adams was flown to Kentucky Children's Hospital from his home in Clay City Sunday night.

Dispatchers say the boy's father was backing out his driveway at their home when he accidentally backed over the boy.

Adams is being treated for several broken bones.
