Police say an eastern Kentucky man will be all right after he was shot in the back while walking along a road.

Troopers say 30-year old James Isaacs showed up at Highlands Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg with a possible gunshot wound in his back. He was flown to a West Virginia hospital and is recovering. He says he didn't see anything and only knows that someone in a vehicle shot him while he was walking.
