A former Big Sandy Federal Prison inmate charged with the 2006 murder of a fellow prisoner reaches a plea agreement.

Terrell Lamar Johnson will be re-arraigned August 14th. Police say Johnson stabbed Calvin Speight with a piece of sharpened metal.
