We have new information on a story we first told you about Thursday night.

Officials now say the burglary at a Jackson County Dollar General store does not fit the profile of the serial burglars suspected of hitting other stores in three states. Police are still searching for a duo of thieves that are targeting Dollar Generals in Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia. So far, the thieves are believed to be responsible for break-ins at twenty stores.

The would-be thieves who broke into the Dollar General in Jackson County did not get away with any money.
