JACKSON, KY -- As part of a project to clean, paint and repair a number of bridges along the KY 15 corridor in Breathitt, Knott and Perry counties, the bridge carrying Old KY 15 across Frozen Creek near Vancleve in Breathitt County will be closed beginning Monday, Aug. 25. The bridge is located adjacent to the KY 541 intersection.

This closure is expected to last approximately four to six weeks. During the closure period, through traffic must use the new KY 15 alignment to bypass the closed bridge. Local traffic will be required to use either the Roberts Hollow approach to Old KY 15 on the southern end, or the new Vancleve interchange on the northern end, to access points on either side of the closed bridge.
