Man Turns Himself In To The Police
Billy R. Crisp was arrested without incident after turning himself in at the Kentucky State Police Post in Pikeville Thursday afternoon.

Billy R. Crisp was arrested without incident after turning himself in at the Kentucky State Police Post in Pikeville Thursday afternoon.
Crisp had been originally listed as missing by post 9 after family members reported that he left home more than 10 days ago.
Shortly thereafter, the Ohio State Highway Patrol entered Crisp as a wanted person in reference to the 1975 murder of Woodrow Perroud at an Ohio rest area.
He was lodged at the Pike County Detention Center by Sgt. Steve Spurlock.

he has turned himself in and u all that has judges him will watch him the day they turn him loose to walk free.. and then i hope u sit back and learn not to believe everything u hear... the news people can barley keep there storys staright. i dont know how they have kept there job.. but they have honestly took a good mans name and ruined his name

My thoughts, and prayers go out to the deceased family as well as others, just glad someone must have talked or maybe the guilt burned on their mind night and day, I have always heard things can eat at you until you have to tell, if Crisp was on vacation why did his family report him missing or tell the news media, police or someone he had been gone for a week. This is sure some story, thanks to the news media, to the families perhaps the truth will come out and closure will come soon,y

I just find all of this so hard to believe. Billy was always a kind and caring person,
