The Johnson County man accused of using a stolen knife to stab another man learns how much time he will spend behind bars.

Police say Jeffery Hunter stole a knife from a Floyd County BP Station back in May, then used the knife to stab Robert Delong in his Van Lear driveway.

The assistant commonwealth's attorney tells us Hunter was sentenced Friday to five years on a second degree assault charge.
