It was an afternoon of hard work for one local high school sports team.

Cars lined up at the Hazard Walmart as the Hazard Volleyball team washed their way to the playoffs. The money they raised is going towards their trip to the 14th Regional All-A Tournament in October.

Hazard Volleyball Coach Candi Fannin says, "We've done really well, we've pre-sold tickets, and we probably made a couple thousand bucks. So not bad for four hours work!"

Some of the money raised will also go to the Hazard Middle School girls basketball team for uniforms and travel expenses.
