A suspect in a 1975 murder case could be sent back to Ohio to face murder charges.

Police arrested 59 year old Billy Crisp late last week in Pikeville. Police believe Crisp killed his brother-in-law, Woodrow Perroud, at an Ohio rest area off U.S. 23 in 1975, possibly for insurance money.

Crisp faces an extradition hearing Monday afternoon.

if billy is so innocent then why hasnt he turned himself in for the indictment for murder that was set 16 hours after he was released for the other crime that the $250,000 bond was set for and not turned himself in for the murder charges people can put on a good front when they know they are hiding something that serious

Does anyone know what happened after his hearing..Have the found him guilty or not guilty? My husband worked with him in the coal mines for a long time and knew him very good..We just can't see him being guilty of such a crime..If anyone knows anything please post a comment and let us know! Thank You!

I pray for Bill, and his family. I pray for the victim's family also. I hope the truth comes out and the guilty pays. Whom ever had a part in it, I hope they come forth and confess. It's the right thing to do. I pray that this is a mistake.

I am related to Bill and if he done this I will be shocked but what I want to say is instead of judging and assuming put your efforts into prayer for both families.

Does anyone know what's going on, is Bill still in Pikeville? I pray for his family and the Perroud family, I hope the one that is guilty will confess and they will feel better to pay for what they have done. I know this doesn't sound possible , but who ever you are (the guilty) the main thing in life is to make it to heaven, nothing else matters! and you can't get there unless you confess! even if you have to go through alot of hard times, GOD can and he said he would be with you! So if you are reading this and you are the guilty,Please confess! God Cares and I Care! Love to all!
