Fatal DUI Crash Suspect Back In Court Monday
A man who could face life in prison from a DUI crash on I-75 in Whitley County will learn his fate Monday.

A man who could face life in prison from a DUI crash on I-75 in Whitley County will learn his fate Monday.
Raymond Joseph Garner has said he thinks constantly about the child and pregnant woman who died in the crash he caused last summer.
A jury recommended three life sentences for Garner, but a judge will determine his final sentence Monday morning.
