Eastern Kentucky Constable Accused of Harassment
The Middlesboro Daily News reports Bell County Constable Larry "Fish" Mills of Arjay is accused of harassment.

Another Eastern Kentucky constable is facing accusations.

The Middlesboro Daily News reports Bell County Constable Larry "Fish" Mills of Arjay is accused of harassment. The criminal complaint filed by Tony Tigue of Dorton's Branch Wednesday alleges Mills harassed, annoyed and alarmed him over the past month.

Mills, who is considered an officer of the court system, is due in court Tuesday morning.

i haven't been recieving my paper the one i got today was dated the 2nd of october today is the 11th!

I vote for cutting the Constables positions all-together! They serve no purpose what-so-ever other than collecting the tax payers money that should be going to the Sheriffs dept or K.S.P.!
