A Kentucky theme park hopes to share responsibility for an accident that severed a teenager's feet.

Attorneys for the Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville went to court Monday to ask a judge to add another defendant in the case. Kaitlyn Lassiter's feet were cut off by a snapped cable on the Superman Tower of Power ride last summer. She underwent more surgery last week to help alleviate pain in her re-attached foot.
