Phone Service Is Running Again In One County

Phone lines are up and running again in Breathitt County after a cut in a fiber optic line.

Officials say the line was cut Wednesday afternoon in Winchester.

The break left all land lines in the county out of service, including 9-1-1 lines.

No word yet what caused the break.
