A trial date is set for a man charged with shooting another man and then leaving his body in an elementary school parking lot.

On Christmas Eve 2004 Bill Mills' body was found inside his pick-up truck in the West Knox Elementary School parking lot.

Douglas Mabe is charged with the murder and set to go on trial February 3rd.

He's due back in court for a pretrial hearing in January.
