Two former firefighters accused of arson were back in court Tuesday.

Walter Brown and James Yeager are both accused of setting separate forest fires earlier this fall when they were both employees of the Kentucky Division of Forestry.

Both men were fired.

James Yeager is set to undergo a competency evaluation.

He and Walter Brown are out of jail on bond and due back in court next month.
