National Guard Soldier Accused Of Scamming Businesses Pleads Not Guilty
Jonathan Morgan, 28, entered the plea Tuesday in Leslie District Court.

A National Guard Soldier accused of scamming people and businesses in three counties pleads not guilty.

Jonathan Morgan, 28, entered the plea Tuesday in Leslie District Court.

He is charged with three counts of theft by deception.

Investigators say Morgan lead victims in Clay, Perry, and Leslie Counties to believe they were supporting U.S. troops.

Morgan's bond is set at $25,000 cash.

He will be back in court December 16th.

I had donated money to the football team this year, its a shame that he would haft to do that and not go out there and get a job like the rest of us. He has made his harlan unit look bad.

Its easy for someone to set back and voice their opinion about something that they don't even know all the facts about. Remeber you are innocent until proven guilty. Don't sit and say he done something until you know all the facts lady!
