State police in Harlan say they got a complaint about a burglary in progress early Sunday morning in the Rosspoint community. The victim told officers someone had thrown a table through his living room window before running off. Troopers searching the area found 20 year old Roger Turner nearby.

Turner is facing several charges, including attempted burglary and public intoxication.
