It didn't take long for police to catch two men who tried to rob a fast food restaurant in Southern Kentucky Sunday morning.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department was called to the Somerset Burger King on Highway 27 around 7:30, after a man entered the restaurant, saying he had a gun and wanted money.

The suspect quickly took off, not taking anything after another employee came to the front of the restaurant.

Deputies spotted the suspects' car at a near-by gas station where they arrested Michael Bortner and Matthew Cox.

Bortner is charged with robbery, Cox with complicity to commit robbery.

Police say they did find a hand gun in the car.

I was thinking the same thing. It looks more like the Dems are trying to make sure no one has a job so we'll have to depend on them for everything. Talk about Nanny State.

That is one of the problems with being a democrat; poor memory.
