Woman Charged With Animal Cruelty Appears In Court
Glenda Shepherd is accused of animal cruelty and criminal mischief after Harlan County Humane Society officials found five horses starving and one dead in Wallins Creek back in December.

A woman charged with animal cruelty faced a judge Monday.

Glenda Shepherd is accused of animal cruelty and criminal mischief after Harlan County Humane Society officials found five horses starving and one dead in Wallins Creek back in December.

Edwin and Diane Sullivan are also charged in the case.

Shepherd was arraigned Monday.

i have known miss shepherd for a long time now and i have never seen anyone that loves animals the way she does ..and i know she has took very well care of her animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

give them a hundred years for this. I dont think they need a slap on the rist like the childmolesters an drug dealers I can keep going got plenty. these people is a site how dangerous to the public LOL
