Woman Killed In Accident
One woman is dead after an accident in Pike County Thursday evening.

One woman is dead after an accident in Pike County Thursday evening.
Police say Earl Ratliff was traveling south on U.S. 119 around 5:30 Thursday in Sidney when his vehicle was struck from behind by Edward Scott Potter. A passenger in Ratliff's car, 63 year old Peggy Ratliff, was pronounced dead at the scene. Earl Ratliff had to be extracted from his vehicle and was taken to the South Williamson ARH Hospital. Potter was not treated.
The accident remains under investigation.

Is this the same peggy ratliff that worked in HIM at Pikeville Medical Center for many years?? Hope not, if anyone knows please post here. And to the family of whom ever she was God Bless you during your loss. :(
