No Charges Filed In December Fatal Crash

We have an update on a car crash in Pikeville that killed three people back in December.
Investigators say 34 year old Elizabeth Stacy of Vicco crossed the center line on U.S. 23 and hit an SUV. Police say test results show Stacy had no alcohol, but did have a low level of Hydrocodone that was prescribed to her. Investigators say it was not enough to impair driving.
The Commonwealth's Attorney reviewed the case and decided not to file charges.
The crash killed Stacey's passenger, Andrew Scott Smith of Perry County, along with Ernie Johnson and 7 year old Christian Beau Caudill.

Also Candy that was the whole point that the pain medication in no way inhibited her abilities to drive. Of course we would never expect you to undestand this.

Well there is one thing about it the county of Pike did not feel there was sufficient evidence to convict her of any crime. Everybody always rushes to judge everyone when they have no concerns in the matter. Just so you know the reason she can not remember anything is because she was on life support for the first two weeks after the accident. The vehicle belonged to her boyfriend.Also the cause of the accident COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. Why is everyone so hurriedly to blame her. The road was wet and it had been raining, maybe they started sliding or hydroplaned. It is so amazing that people can find the time to judge eveyone else but never look at what is in the mirror.

I'm sure she feels bad about the events that happened, but she should feel bad about them in jail. I do not personally know her, but I personally knew the victims. I will never see Beau grow up, and it sickens me she is free.
