Brett Combs, Jared Fields, Phillip Riddle, and Ora Walker are charged with kidnapping the 16 year old, performing sex acts on him and forcing the teen to do the same to them at knife point. As more details about the crimes surface, one man is convinced his brother had nothing to do with it.

Officers say the confessions just add more proof that it's one of the most disturbing cases they ever encountered.

Captain James East with the Hazard Police Department says, "We made our arrests based on the confessions of the young men that we brought down to the station."

Combs, Fields, Riddle, and Walker pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges Monday. East says the confessions from three of them matched what the victim was saying. He says both sides identified the knife used in the alleged crimes. "He was told that he needed to do what he was told and he was told that as long as he played by the rules, he wouldn't be hurt."

"Honestly, I don't think he has it in him, I know he doesn't have it in him. He wouldn't hurt a fly, he really wouldn't, says Jonathan Walker. He says his brother Ora is mentally handicapped and should not be behind bars.

"I spoke to him maybe two or three times and he tells me he knows nothing about it... he don't know why he's there, as far as he knows it's just unreal, he's just locked up and he has no idea why," says Walkers.

But police say Walker is one of the three that confessed. They would not say who the others were.

"This is a young man's life and he's going to be affected by this the rest of his life," says East. He says the 16 year old victim is now getting the help and support he needs.

Walker says he is trying to find a lawyer for his brother that specializes in mentally handicapped clients. All four of the men will be back in court for a preliminary hearing April 7th. Brett Combs, Jared Fields, Phillip Riddle, and Ora Walker declined interviews.
