A man is now charged with murder after a deadly shooting in Floyd County last year.

Police say Sally Vance died in August after a shootout at a home in Allen between people in a car and people at the home.

Vance was a passenger in the car.

This week, the grand jury indicted the driver, Jesse Dulaney, on murder charges for Vance's death.

Dulaney already faces five counts of attempted murder.

Court officials say other charges are pending during the grand jury proceedings.
