The search for a missing child in Jackson County is now over.
Search crews spent all night looking for the four year old girl who went missing just after 11 o'clock last night.
Police say she wandered off from her home off of Kentucky 421 on Morril Kirby Knob Road.
Some residents found her behind a house around 6 o'clock this morning.
The little girl is being checked out with EMS right now, but she is back to safety this morning.

what in the world was this little child doing unsuppised. thank god she was found saft. when my children was little i kept my eyes on them when they were out playing .were was the perants of this little child ? this need to be follow up with child services.those people who are call when something like this happens.

Thank God for the protection he gave this little girl! I believe a good lesson was learned. I'm sure the parents will never forget the night that they couldn't find their little girl. Lets just praise God that there was a safe happy ending unlike many stories.
