Human remains identified

Officials with state police tell WYMT Mountain News that they have now identified the remains found Wednesday in a car submerged in a pond in the Rockhouse community.
Police say the remains are those of Gregory G. Back, formerly of Salyersville.
Back was 29 years old at the time he was reported missing back in 1989.
Police say they are investigating back's death as a homicide.

considering his body was found in the trunk of a vehicle, I would hope they are considering the "death as a homicide." Duh. I doubt it could be "suicide" or even accidental, considering the body had been concealed.
