A Hazard man accused of holding a 17-year old boy at gun point and making him perform sex acts on him is indicted.
A Perry County grand jury indicted Victor Looney on kidnapping and sodomy charges.
Police arrested him several weeks ago.
He's accused of kidnapping and sodomizing the teen in his apartment on Baker Avenue.
Looney is still being held in the Kentucky River Regional Jail under a $150,000 cash bond.

If this person is found guilty of the crime he's being charged with take him out and hang him. Don't waste money by keeping him in prison. These kind of people can not be, reabilitated..
