Just weeks after flooding devastates parts of eastern Kentucky, the waters rise again overnight.

The Sidney community of Pike County was hard hit in the first round of storms and now is cleaning up once more.

The flood waters are gone now, but on Thursday several feet of water covered roads and ran into some homes.

This is the second time this has happened here within a month.

At least one hundred homes and businesses are damaged.

Some never finished cleaning from the May floods and others got hit worse.

Beavins elementary flooded on the first floor.

Three feet of water filled the fire department causing 80 thousand dollars worth of damage.

Firefighters are still helping people.

They are handing out water and food to flood victims and the 1,400 costumers still without running water.

Meanwhile, victims are cleaning up again and everyone is helping each other.
