Man shot and killed by sheriff's deputy

A man has been shot and killed after a chase involving a southern Kentucky sheriff's department.
Laurel County Sheriff's deputies were called to a rural area around London last night, that's where the chase started.
They won't comment on why they chased 35-year old James Goforth or how the chase ended.
We do know a deputy shot and killed Goforth after the chase.
That deputy, Richard Sapcupp, has been a deputy for several years.
London Police are investigating what lead to the shooting.

I HAVE BEEN IN LONDON ALL OF MY LIFE,,WE HAVE GOT THE WORST SHERRIFF'S DEPARTMENT THAT COULD EVER BE,,,PEOPLE CAN SAY WHAT THEY WANT TO ABOUT JAMES {HOOTIE} YOU COULD HAVE NEVER MET A BETTER PERSON,,HE WAS THE MOST LOVING PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER KNOWN,,,THE COP NEEDS TO PAY FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE,,WHEN YOU SHOOT A MAN IN THE BACK THAT IS COLD BLOODED MURDER,,,SOUNDS TO ME LIKE THE COP WAS A COWARD MAYBE AFRAID OF THE DARK...THEY HAVE OTHER PICTURES OF HOOTIE BUT IT LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER FOR THE LAW IF THEY USE THIS MUG SHOT,,,AND AS FAR AS HIM BEING WANTED HE HAD DONE HIS TIME,,,I THINK SOMEONE NEEDS TO PULL SOME PAPER WORK....WELL ANYWAYS PEOPLE NEED TO HAVE JUST A LITTLE OF RESECT FOR THE FAMILY..THIS WHOLE COUNTY NEEDS TO BE INVESTEGATED...I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU {HOOTIE}

well he may been running but that dont give a ploice offices the right to shoot him because they know were he live they could got him later with more charges and gave him more time.they no justified in this at all. what if it your son would you wont him kill just becase he running they could got him later
