Another official is added to the list of those charged in a vote buying scandal in Clay County.
A federal grand jury has indicted Magistrate Stanley Bowling on charges of racketeering and conspiracy.
Bowling is the ninth current or former county official charged in the case.
The group is accused of working together to buy and steal votes from 2002 to 2007.
The new indictment says federal prosecutors will attempt to collect several million dollars from the defendants.
Others charged in the case include former circuit judge Cletus Maricle. Doug Adams, who recently retired as county school superintendent and county clerk Freddy Thompson.
All say they're innocent except Paul Bishop, a former election officer who pleaded guilty.

The whole court house and system is crooked!! look up see who gets the most dui throwed out in the system.. bet its clay county
