A community came together Friday night to help a teenage crash victim's family. Natasha Jones, 19, died late Wednesday night after the car she was riding in hit a tree on Anderson Road in Scott County. All proceeds from Friday night's Musicfest in Sadieville were donated to Jones' family. Friend also sold bracelets to raise money for the family.

The person driving the car Natasha Jones was riding in is out of the hospital. Sheriff's deputies say Timothy Conner was behind the wheel of the PT cruiser that went off the road and hit a tree. He suffered a broken ankle in the crash. Conner is in the Scott county jail on unrelated robbery charges. So far, no charges have been filed in the crash.

Friends of the Sadieville Renaissance hosted the Musicfest on Friday night which raised $750.00 for the family of Natacha Jones. We wish to thank the community for coming and supporting the cause. We think we had around 150-200 people come to the event!
