A soldier in North Carolina, originally from Breathitt County, is in jail, facing charges in an armed robbery that happened in July.

Police say 24 year old Joseph Parker McClees was arrested last week in Lillington, North Carolina for his role in a robbery at a pharmacy.

Surveillance video shows McClees and another man, Ryan Terrell early, coming into McPhail's Pharmacy with a gun and stealing about $8,000 worth of painkillers.

No money was taken and no one was hurt.
