Animal cruelty charges are dismissed against a southern Kentucky man accused of killing his dog.

The charges were dropped Monday morning against Robert Suttles in Pulaski District Court.

The commonwealth's attorney is still deciding whether to pursue felony animal torture charges.

Suttles is accused of force feeding his dog antifreeze and then kicking it to death.
