The Laurel County Health Department will be hosting an H1N1 flu clinic 9am -3 pm or while supplies last Saturday November 7th, 2009.

There will be NO CHARGE for the vaccination. The Laurel County Health Department is focusing on the priority groups recommended by CDC.

The recommended target groups include:
· Pregnant women
· Household contacts and caregivers for children younger than 6 months of age
· Health care and emergency medical services personnel
· All children and young adults age 6 months through 24 years, especially those with chronic conditions
· People age 25-64 years of age with chronic health conditions

The health department is asking everyone to help adhere to the CDC recommendations.
