A former Bell County dentist pleads guilty to Medicaid fraud and drug trafficking.
The Middlesboro Daily News reports that 55 year-old Craig Ralston pleaded guilty to billing the Kentucky Medicaid Program for procedures he did not perform and for providing prescription drugs to patients when they did not need them.
The paper reports that Ralston will be sentenced to five years in prison.

It is AMAZING!!!!!!! This Dentist is accused of billing for services not performed BUT this shows how GREAT the fine people of Bell County are, they would go to one Dentist and get a service done then trade the medical card out to a couple of their "friends" and the "friends" would go and get the exact same service done.SO when are the 'other'dentists going to go on trial for the same charges....since the state is obviously NOT going to do anything to their customers , oh, I mean their medical card holders.

A little misleading.Yes he WAS sentenced to 5 years BUT he will be out in ONLY 30 DAYS! Yes,30 DAYS!How's that for justice?!
