A Harlan native who works for Atlanta TV station WSB escaped serious injury when their news truck exploded after touching power lines.

Reporter Tom Jones and photographer Leonard Raglin had just finished a live report at the Fulton County Jail when it happened.

Raglin is a Harlan High School graduate.

He and Jones were taken to the hospital to be checked out.

The explosion heavily damaged the truck and blew apart the road under it.

I would like to see video news footage of this. It seems very rare for such an accident. I hope everyone will be okay.
