More problems for an Eastern Kentucky teacher accused of sexually abusing two students.

Court officials say a grand jury handed down a third indictment against Wolfe County teacher Robert Brewer on Friday.
Brewer pleaded not guilty to the previous charges.
He'll be in court September 6th to answer to the new indictment.
Wolfe County schools officials say they have no comment on the case... and that Brewer is on unpaid suspension.
