Owls Branch in Pike County took a terrible hit by the flooding this evening.Several drains and bridges on this tiny hollow were washed away leaving people stranded at home or on the other side of their drives. My yard got flooded with water coming over a drain above my house and a neighbors driveway in front of us washing off.It was so bad that my grandaughters balls were swept away by the water out of the yard and went down the road. There is only a few days of school left but the buses can't make it up the hollow to pick the kids up what will these kids do ? Will their summer vacation start a few days early?
