LEITCHFIELD, Ky. (AP) - Three people have died in a house fire in central Kentucky.
Leitchfield Second Assistant Fire Chief Tony King says two men and a child were killed in the fire that broke out Sunday night, and two other adults and two children escaped.
WAVE-TV said the Grayson County sheriff's office reported the child who died was under the age of 2.
State Fire Marshal spokesman Dick Brown confirmed the fatalities and said the office is assisting the investigation.
The mobile home that burned is located on VanMeter Road near Leitchfield.
King says the fire was reported around 10:45 p.m. CDT.
