Rising spot prices in Great Lakes areas is boosting prices 30-45 cents per gallon today in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky.
In cities like Los Angeles, the prices at some stations are just shy of reaching the five dollar mark. Experts say this is way above the national average. They believe, gas prices will continue to increase through the spring and into the summer driving season.
