Richmond Parks and Recreation will be taking applications for the upcoming Halloween Hoe-Down now through October 8, 2012. The actual event will take place on Saturday, October 20 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. The first application is for the trick or treat booths, the second is for the craft vendors and the last application is for the dog booths.
