integrity/Architecture, PLLC. (i/A) has been recognized as a runner-up in SUCCESS Magazine’s Start Small, Win Big competition. The Lexington firm was one of three companies recognized out of more than 900 entrants nationwide.
Co-founded in November of 2011 by Joey Nolasco and Joe Rasnick, the pair entered their firm in the magazine’s contest in January. The four-month long contest challenged its entrants to take steps as explained by SUCCESS magazine in an effort to help them achieve significant goals.
“As a new company, the challenges posed by SUCCESS helped us to establish our existing and perspective target markets,” said Joey Nolasco, Co-Founder and Principal of integrity/Architecture.
The firm also established a consistent billing process, which allowed them to reach 70 percent of their annual gross billing goal by the end of their first quarter in business; a feat many local small businesses struggle to achieve.
“We’re incredibly thankful for the support our community has shown us,” said Joe Rasnick, Co-Founder and Director of i/A. “We believe in the mission of our firm, and by choosing the name integrity, we chose to hold ourselves accountable to our clients.”
Nolasco and Rasnick founded the firm on the philosophy of integrity. Still only in their first year of operation, i/A states that there is no client too big. The firm has a strong outlook for continued growth, illustrated by the recent hire of two additional designers.
“Integrity is how we work, how we approach new challenges, and how we build relationships,” said Nolasco. “Ultimately, integrity is how we measure success.”
Judging for the Start Small Win Big contest was conducted by Good Morning America’s Tory Johnson and a team of editors from of SUCCESS Magazine, including publisher Darren Hardy. Judging was based on their views of progress as it applied to each contestant’s own goals. The September 2012 issue of SUCCESS is on newsstands now.
