PARIS-KY: Frank Stronach’s Adena Springs Farm announced today that Noble Court will enter stud in 2012 at Magali Farms in Santa Ynez, California.

By the Seattle Slew stallion Doneraile Court, and out of Grey Dawn Grey, by Grindstone, Noble Court won 6 of his first 11 starts, including the Grade 2 San Vicente Stakes on the dirt at Santa Anita, the graded Ack Ack Handicap on Hollywood’s synthetic surface, and the J Hernandez Stakes on the turf at Santa Anita. Noble Court also placed in two Grade 1 races, the Triple Bend Handicap at Hollywood Park and the Pat O’Brien Handicap at Del Mar. He retired this season with lifetime earnings of $465,230.

“Noble Court was a very precocious, versatile California racehorse and he descends from a very active sire line. We are grateful that Mr.Stronach is showing his support of the California program with such a promising stallion prospect,” said Magali Farms manager Tom Hudson.

“If you look at the emerging young sires at stud today, including Bernardini and Tapit, the Seattle Slew/ Mr. Prospector influence is a very dominant cross. He’s a natural fit for California,” commented Adena Springs President Andy Stronach.

Noble Court’s 2012 stud fee will be announced at a later date.
