LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Students interested in environmental activism are touring Kentucky to talk about the effects of climate change.
Over the next two months, members of the Kentucky Student Environmental Coalition are stopping at college campuses to spread awareness about climate change. They are also planning to show ways other students can run campaigns focused on climate change awareness.
The group is making late-February stops at the University of Kentucky, the Bluegrass Community and Technical College and Saint Catharine College. Other stops are planned for March.
The group is made up of students from 15 universities, colleges and high schools around Kentucky. The campaign is the Reality Roadshow: Climate Change and the Fight for our Future.
