Mr. Banet is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Indiana, and has offices in the Firm’s Louisville and New Albany locations.
Mark J. Farmer concentrates his practice in general business law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital/private equity investments. Mr. Farmer is based in the Firm’s Louisville office.
Jason A. Lopp focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions, family businesses and individuals in their real estate, litigation, corporate and transactional matters. He is licensed in Indiana and Kentucky, and practices in the Firm’s New Albany and Louisville offices.
Christopher A. Melton concentrates his practice in the area of health care law, with an emphasis in Medicaid and Medicare claims litigation, defense of False Claims Act claims, governmental investigations, long-term care investigations and defense, and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Melton is based in the Firm’s Louisville office.
Robert J. Penta represents corporate clients and institutional lenders in complex finance transactions, commercial and industrial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing negotiations, stock and asset purchases, liquor licensing, bank holding company financing, contract negotiations and general corporate matters. Mr. Penta practices in the Firm’s Louisville office.
Justin W. Ross concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis in the natural resource and energy sectors. He litigates coal supply agreement disputes before courts and arbitration panels across the country, where his experience navigating the Uniform Commercial Code is an invaluable asset. Mr. Ross is based in the Firm’s Lexington office.
Daniel W. Waxman concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, corporate reorganization and chapter 11 issues representing both creditors and debtors. He also advises clients regarding equine and gaming law. Mr. Waxman practices in Wyatt’s Lexington office.
